Bits to Energy Lab
A Research Lab in Cooperation with the Distributed Systems Group
Our activities in the field of smart energy are performed in cooperation with the Bits to Energy Lab, a joint research initiative of ETH Zurich (Distributed Systems Group, Institute for Pervasive Computing & Chair of Information Management) together with the University of St. Gallen (Institute of Technology Management).
The Bits to Energy Lab facilitates a close cooperation between academia and its industry partners. Our researchers work together with individual companies or consortia, which help us to apply and enhance the developed concepts and studies - and thus serve as litmus tests of the applicability of our ideas and the relevance of our work. The Lab is dedicated to investigating the potential benefits of Ubiquitous Computing technologies for a sustainable use of energy.
More information on this project can be found on the homepage of the Bits to Energy Lab.
