Abstract
Visualizing Web Interactions (B/L)Status: Abgeschlossen
The Internet of Things and Web of Things projects are about interconnecting smart everyday objects and giving them the ability to communicate and cooperate within smart environments, ultimately to fulfill the human user's needs and wants.
As other projects related to the interaction of Web-enabled smart things are creating more and more traffic between devices, it is, however, getting harder and harder to keep track of all interactions that take place in our prototype smart environments.
The goal of this project is to create a highly scalable and stable platform for visualizing device interactions within Web of Things environments. The platform should be compatible with other visualization software developed in the context of previous projects in our group, and offer a visually appealing and intuitive live overview of what is going on in a targeted network.
Tools/Skills: Java, Web Technologies (REST, JAX-RS, etc.), visualization toolkits, maybe also some Android programming.
If you are interested in this project and would like to know more about it, drop me a line. We can of course adapt the project to account for what you feel is most exciting in this domain. Student/Bearbeitet von: Yassin Hassan Contact/Ansprechpartner: Simon Mayer
