Abstract
Visible Light Communication for Smartglasses (B)Status: Abgeschlossen
Overview
Visible Light Communication (VLC) approaches embed information in visible light and thereby enable (in)visible communication between heterogeneous devices such as smart objects, toys, and light bulbs. The goal of this thesis is explore unidirectional LED to smartglasses communication by exploiting various features and deficiencies of a smartglasses camera. The task is to implement an application that receives and decodes VLC messages either directly on the smartglasses or on a connected smartphone.
The project is in cooperation with Disney Research Zurich
