Abstract
Embodied user interfaces erlauben die Interaktion mit mobilen Geräten
durch Manipulationen wie Neigung, Rotation und Translation des Gerätes
selbst. Dabei sind die physische Manipulation und die virtuelle
Repräsentation im selben Gerät integriert. Die Aktionen werden auf
intuitive Weise in Operationen der Benutzungsschnittstelle umgesetzt, wie
Auswahl von Menüpunkten durch Neigungsänderung, Zooming durch Heranziehen
bzw. Wegbewegen des Gerätes, und die Auswahl eines Kartenausschnittes
durch Bewegen des Gerätes. Ziel ist die Vereinfachung der Interaktion
gegenüber rein tastenbasierten Eingaben und die Ermöglichung von
anspruchsvollen Interaktionsformen auf mobilen Geräten. Im Vortrag soll
dieses Paradigma besprochen werden.
